Retrieve a secret value from AWS Secrets Manager

`secretAccessKey`	string	Oui	AWS secret access key
`secretId`	string	Oui	The name or ARN of the secret to retrieve
`versionId`	string	Non	The unique identifier of the version to retrieve
`versionStage`	string	Non	The staging label of the version to retrieve (e.g., AWSCURRENT, AWSPREVIOUS)

List secrets stored in AWS Secrets Manager

Create a new secret in AWS Secrets Manager

Delete a secret from AWS Secrets Manager

`forceDelete`	boolean	Non	If true, immediately delete without recovery window
