Use as a trigger: when a call comes in on your Twilio number, the call is connected to the realtime voice server and the downstream agent talks with the caller in real time — speaking, listening, and replying turn by turn with conversation memory for the duration of the call. The booking domain (doctor, taxi, hotel, restaurant, …) is defined entirely by the agent prompt and Tables, not hardcoded.
